G42 getting off the ground

When I first started working on Southside Media back in 2003, I always thought G42 would be the first area to benefit from a new kind of community news.

As it turned out, G41 was the first community newspaper that Southside Media produced. It's been going for more than a year and a half now and we think people really appreciate it the fact that we provide news and information that's right up their street.

But I'm really, really pleased that we've been able to finally get G42 and g42.org.uk off the ground. I hope you are too.
